About HEATHER K. LITTLE, ATTORNEY AT LAW

Heather K. Little was born and raised as an US Army dependent. Because of her family’s dedication to service in the Army, Marines, and Navy, she has strong ties to the military community and a dedication to assist military families. Ms. Little graduated high school in Newport News, Virginia. She later worked as a trouble shooter for Gateway before graduating college with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, cum laude.

Heather K. Little, Esq., attended Oklahoma City University School of Law where she received the Outstanding Appellate Advocacy Award for National NALSA Moot Court Competition and earned her Juris Doctor degree. As a law student, Ms. Little wrote a handbook on the Indian Child Welfare Act as it pertains to Child Custody and Adoption. Ms. Little also interned at Holden Law Office in Oklahoma City. Through her internship, Ms. Little developed her passion for family law. She began advocating for family law issues, military divorce, military child custody, military child visitation, criminal law, child support, appeals, and traffic law.

After being admitted and licensed to practice in Oklahoma, Ms. Little advocated for clients in courts through-out Oklahoma. However, she decided to return to Hampton Roads to practice law. Therefore, she was licensed and admitted to practice in Virginia. Since then, Ms. Little has advocated for Hampton Roads clients. She practices in all area courts, including but not limited to, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Newport News, and Hampton in military divorce, military child custody, military child visitation, military child support, child custody, child support, spousal support, divorce, equitable distribution, protective orders, and all domestic matters.
